Cane Corso - These dogs are classic Mastiffs without the loose skin of other related Mastiff breeds and were once used as cattle drivers. These are robust dogs with tight skin around the mouth which ensures less drooling than other loose lipped Mastiff breeds. Their coat is very coarse and thick. They can be aggressive with strangers and need experienced handling with careful socialization. When fully trained these dogs make great companions, watchdogs and are good with children when raised with them. These dogs thrive on regular exercise.
